they will help prepare you for what will lie ahead and how to navigate the unknows you may face.

Private Childbirth Classes

Virtual classes include 2 parts:

Part 1: Online information (over 100 documents/power points/videos)
Part 2: Two Virtual or In-person classes

2 class options:

1. Wholistic birth classes

Birthing in our Bodies, Making Decisions, Medical Assistance/Interventions, Psychological

Preparation, Pain Coping, Birth Partner support, Pushing & Birthing, Cesarean Preparation,

Feeding baby, & Changing relationships

2. Cesarean birth classes

Making Decisions, Medical Assistance/Interventions, Psychological

Preparation, Pain Coping, Birth Partner support, Cesarean Preparation, Postpartum Preparation,

Going home with baby, Feeding baby, Changing relationships
