Private Childbirth Classes

Virtual classes include 2 parts:

Part 1: Online information (over 100 documents/power points/videos)
Part 2: Two Virtual or In-person classes

Birthing in our Bodies, Making Decisions, Medical Assistance/Interventions, Psychological

Preparation, Pain Coping, Birth Partner support, Pushing & Birthing, Cesarean Preparation, Feeding baby, Changing relationships
