I am a Birthing From Within® advanced mentor and a Birthing From Within® Certified doula.
I have lived a few places in the United States, including the Montana, Arizona, & California. However, I spent my childhood in southern Idaho and now I am happy to call Spokane, WA my home.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Native American Studies from The University of Montana.
I live with my two amazing kids, my supportive husband and our 2 dogs. I love camping, hiking and fishing in the summer and downhill skiing in the winter.
I am a full spectrum doula, offering personal support to individuals and families moving through the various stages of the reproductive spectrum; pregnancy, birth, miscarriage, loss and postpartum.
My goal is to provide respect and loving support that is unique to who you are and shaped to what you need, whatever they may be.
