-Continuous physical & emotional support for however long needed

-Help with following your birth preferences and desires

-Birth photos and videos with your camera (if wanted)

Postpartum

 -Up to 2 postpartum visits
 
-Assist with breastfeeding/feeding

-Support getting settled after birth

-Solutions and referrals to challenges with baby

-Prepare a meal or snack
